Well the time has finally arrived: An online course that gives all New Yorkers a MANDATORY 10% car insurance discount for 3 years. On top of that, it can reduce driving record points received within the last 18 months.

New York defensive driving has been available for years in the classroom, but a law was passed just recently this year to allow for an online version.
